South Korean pop group BTS has unveiled an extensive 2026–2027 world tour, marking their first global concert series since completing members’ mandatory military service, the band’s management confirmed. The tour will begin April 9, 2026, in Goyang, South Korea, and extend through March 14, 2027, spanning dozens of major cities across Asia, North America, Europe, Latin America and Australia, according to official tour schedule releases.

The 78-date tour, simply titled the BTS World Tour, will feature stadium shows in cities including Tampa, Tokyo, London, Madrid and Los Angeles, with additional dates in cities such as El Paso, Baltimore and East Rutherford. Tickets for ARMY Membership holders will be available in presales beginning January 22, with general public sales opening January 24 through Live Nation and regional ticketing platforms.

BigHit Music, the band’s parent company, said in a Weverse announcement that schedules vary by region and that full ticketing and venue details are being distributed regionally ahead of sales. The tour follows BTS’s announcement of a new album set for release March 20, 2026, aligning the live performances with fresh music from the group.

The global itinerary includes multi-night stops at venues such as Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London and SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, with shows also planned for São Paulo, Bogotá, Singapore, Melbourne and Manila, among others. Organizers described the staging as featuring 360-degree in-the-round designs to maximize audience engagement.

This world tour marks BTS’s most ambitious live run to date, reflecting their return to full-group activities after a nearly four-year hiatus for military service by all seven members—RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook. Their last major concert series was the 2021–2022 Permission to Dance on Stage tour.

The tour announcement has generated significant fan and industry attention, with venues reporting high demand in pre-registration for ticket sales. Organizers urge fans to confirm their ARMY Membership registration details ahead of the presale deadlines to ensure access.
